WRESTLING

WELL, GRAYSON AND AJAY ARE WRESTLING THIS YEAR SO WE WENT TO OUR FIRST WRESTLING MATCH YESTERDAY.  THE BOYS DID WELL WITH 2ND PLACE FOR GRAYSON AND 3RD FOR AJAY.  MY MOTHER CRIED DURING AJAY'S MATCH, LOL, BUT I DO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE HE IS THE YOUNGEST AND STILL SO LITTLE TO US.  GLAD KINLEY ISN'T WRESTLING BECAUSE MOM WOULD'VE HAD A BREAKDOWN, LOL.  TAMRA STARTS SOCCER CONDITIONING TOMORROW BUT ONLY IF I GET HER IN TO HAVE A PHYSICAL.  I WAITED FOR HER TO MAKE THE ADULT DECISION TO GET A PHYSICAL BEFORE SOCCER AND OF COURSE SHE WAITED TILL FRIDAY TO MENTION IT.  HER DOCTOR IS ONLY OPEN HALF A DAY ON FRIDAYS SO THAT WASN'T HAPPENING.  SHE MAY NOT BE STARTING TILL TUESDAY BUT CONDITIONING STARTS TOMORROW.  SHOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW SHE DOES SINCE THE LAST YEAR HAS BEEN SPENT SLEEPING AND EATING.  THIS IS THE LAZIEST SHE HAS EVER BEEN.  OH WELL, SHE WILL FEEL IT THIS WEEK THAT IS FOR SURE, HAHAHA.

Randomness

No school again today but plenty of work for me!  Tomorrow they go in two hours late but I heard they are calling for some snow in the morning so I bet they end up calling school off.  Oh well, either way I need to work.  I would take a day off but I have things scheduled for tomorrow and with it being the last of the month I have to get some things finished in a timely manner.  Saturday my nephews are in a wrestling match so I am hoping to go to that.  It will be the first time we have ever seen them wrestle.  They just started so this should be interesting, lol.  Apparently Kinley wants to wrestle too but her parents are not letting her, thank goodness.
Taylor made it home from Nashville yesterday.  I guess I still haven't given an update on what is going on with him completely but I will soon.  I'm just glad he's home.  Feels normal to have him here.  He is sick but of course he is out with his friends at a bomb fire.  He never gets enough rest or eats properly.  I worry about him.

My son's song hit 21 on the billboard charts!  How awesome is that?  He's an Independent artist and doing so well.  I'm very proud of him.  I can't help but worry everytime he does something on his own but so far everything has went pretty well.

We got a lot of ice Thursday night so no school and work for me and Tamra.  We have been in the house ever since, lol.  I see a lot of people complaining about being stuck at home but I enjoy it.  I love just being at home so it doesn't bother me to be here.  Leon wants to go to Bass Pro though today so we will be heading that way in a few.  There's still a lot of snow that we received Friday night but I'm sure the roads are fine.

No school

So no school again for Lee County but we opened at 9a.m. so I worked till 7p.m.!  Yuck!  We are supposed to get some really bad weather tonight so just in case I wanted to get a bunch of stuff done.  Afterwards, I went to the Dollar Store to get some snacks and then to Pizza King for supper.  As I tried to pay I couldn't find my credit card that I had just used at the Dollar Store.  I became frantic!  I ended up calling the Dollar Store and went back there to look in the snow for my WHITE credit card.  hahaha!  I ended up finding it in the back seat floor board!  What the heck!  Earlier that day I also got into it with this new guy who attacked me and accused me of having it in for him!  Don't even know the guy!  He's some older man who travels 2 hours to get to our job and we don't ever speak so how would I know him to have it out for him?  Love how people assume crap!  I just do my job and my job only unless someone needs my help so he's never asked for my help but doesn't mean I have some vindication against him.  Just means I do my own job.  I've never seen such craziness! Lord help me!
I'm upset that my son is stuck in Nashville with a messed up truck.  He was planning to come in for the snow storm, lol.

Snow Day

Today the snow came down a little more than was expected.  I went in to work a little late but we closed early due to the snow.  Roads were really bad.  I don't normally have issues driving in the snow but I was really afraid to drive down the mountain toward river bridge.  This was the first time I had driven the Jetta in the snow.  It did well!!
Of course school was closed, lol.
Tomorrow we will be opening at 9:00a.m. unless I get a call tomorrow telling me we are opening later.  I don't have anything scheduled until 12:00p.m. so I will probably go in a little later than 9a.m.  No need to wreck my car for no reason.

Home sick

I'm home sick today.  I thought maybe the kids would be out of school again today since it was just as cold this morning as it was yesterday.  I actually like being home when Tamra is home too.  Leon called in to work too because we were both up all night taking turns in the bathroom, lol.  He thinks we were poisoned, lol!  I cooked supper so I'm gonna guess that I did not poison both of us.  I'm trying to clean some areas of the house while I am off that have needed some cleaning for a long time but instead here I sit listening to Taylor's songs on Spotify, lol.  I guess eventually I need to update my blog about my son's career.  I have this blog set as Public so maybe someone new will read this and find my son for the first time.  He's a country singer!  Look up Taylor Ray Holbrook and listen to his songs, Steal My Kiss and Tie Me Down!  That's all I will go into for now, lol!  I brag enough as it is and I'm sure everyone is sick of me but oh well!  He may be on the CMA awards someday boo    yah!!!
